Bulk entry feature for Appointments.
Any customer coming from another booking platform with existing appointments must manually add all future appointments one by one. My customer had over 250 appointments, which resulted in nearly 10 hours of tedious error-prone data entry.

Combine Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit
Why did the sales report suddenly start separating credit and debit? Sure, offer that as an option but we need Visa and Mastercard to be ONE total for ALL Visa and ONE total for ALL Mastercard. We should not have to pull out a calculator at shift change to see if we are balanced! Our system does not differentiate credit and debit and we need our reports to match!

Partial payments & tips
When the merchant sends a invoice the customer should have the option to leave a tip and make a partial payment this way the merchant does not have to waste time sending out another invoice.

Option to Turn ON/OFF Two-factor authentication. Now it's required all the time
It used to be where I could turn OFF this setting and then it would be turned back on after a period of time. Now, the setting is always required to be ON. If this is the case, then don't have the setting to turn it OFF or ON because it would not be necessary.

Add Customer
It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.

Reconciliation
Just moved business to clover max and have 14 terminals all linked. There's no option to manually settle machines. You need to wait until they auto settle everyday.. silly.
There's two auto settle reporting options:
- Group all employee sales together under Quick Access and nobody can find what their individual sales were.
- Have everyone log in but all 15 machines print 5ft long settlements every settlement including all employee sales on every settlement, 15 times across all machines.
This is the silliest and worst feature I can imagine, and I've never seen this problem with another company. Possibly annoying enough…

remember this browser
For the love of dear baby Jesus, would you please let the web UI remember more than one device? I log in from a few different devices (home PC, work PC, tablet, phone), and constantly have to go to my phone to get the 2FA code because it only remembers the last one, not this one. So it defeats the purpose entirely to remember a device.

Note For Item or Service Field
Currently when a merchant inputs data into the "Note for item or service" field, this data passes to the cardholder. However, the data does NOT flow through to the merchant's reporting. I have a client who inputs the date of the event for their catering invoices in this field. When they go back later to tie the transaction to an event, they are unable to do so because the Note field in blank in the reporting.

Reporting on Custom Fields
Currently there is an option on the hosted payments to add a custom field. I have added it and my clients can now add information into it when they use the payment link. What is not available is the ability to see what information the client has put into the custom field. Without the ability to see that information, the custom field is useless.
Please add the custom field to the reporting/receipt.

Multiple Device Selection on Reports
It would be very beneficial to our business to be able to select multiple devices on one report (sales report and item sales specifically but all would be helpful). I have devices in different areas and it would be great to see which areas were doing the most business or what items they were selling the most without printing every device and manually adding them together.

Employee Filter Setting in Appointment Calendar
Whenever an employee is looking at their calendar through the Clover Go Mobile app, and also on the Clover POS, the default view is for ALL employees. The employee can set the filter to see only their appointments. However, as soon as you leave the calendar screen, add an appointment, go to the Home Screen or any action really… it resets the filter to all employees. This has been a very frustrating issue that several merchants have expressed.
Feature Request:
Allow for the employee filter to have a saved default setting for each employee

Appointments
Ability to apply a pricing modification to a service to all future appointments already booked.
Currently, if an appointment is booked in the future, the service price associated with that appointment can only be updated by editing the appointment and re-adding the same service with the updated pricing. Real case scenario: I am a merchant processing agent and I set up a hair salon using appointments. They decided to raise the pricing by 10% for all their services. I had to manually open up each appointment and add the item for 282 appointments. This took days to complete. I recommend…

Enhancement Request for Cell Number & SMS Booking Reminders
Currently, the Clover booking system allows cell phone number input but does not mark it as a mandatory field, while the email address is required. However, many customers prefer to receive SMS reminders for their bookings instead of email notifications.
To improve efficiency and customer experience, we request an enhancement to the POS system that:
- Makes the cell phone number a mandatory field when entering customer details and booking schedules.

Commission Pay
In Salons each employee performs a different service, so tip splitting and Commission pay per service is very important to have.

Adding a second carbon copy email address
When an invoice is paid, the owner of the account receives an email notifying them that the payment has been made. However, it would be nice if the owner could add a second person's email address (like the accountant).

Option to have a Custom Report showing Invoice Customer Name, Date, Amount Paid and Notes Section
I have to see the Notes section of every past paid invoice to be able to see which events they've registered for. If I could have a custom report that exported to Excel with the Customer Name, Date, Amount Paid and Notes section (which shows exactly what dates they purchased), I could easily check this data without going back manually through every order receipt (which is the only way to see the Notes section now).
