Option to have a Custom Report showing Invoice Customer Name, Date, Amount Paid and Notes Section
I have to see the Notes section of every past paid invoice to be able to see which events they've registered for. If I could have a custom report that exported to Excel with the Customer Name, Date, Amount Paid and Notes section (which shows exactly what dates they purchased), I could easily check this data without going back manually through every order receipt (which is the only way to see the Notes section now).

gift cards
Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

Item Sales/Inventory
First, let's start off saying that I love the clover system. Very user friendly!!
When doing inventory is it very organized in a-z order but when working the inventory in letter beginning in f after editing it sends you back to the top start. If it could hold the inventory where you left off would be very helpful especially when clearing out old inventory. We need the daily batch reports or any report with totals by category
We do not use the full inventory system, but we do enter a category (one of 10) for every transaction by using the "Register" app. We have removed all permissions for the "Sales" app. However, there is not reporting option that provides us with transaction totals by "category". We need this option.
Daily batch reports do not total by category nor is there any report that filters by category. Tech support has told me there is no such option.

Invoice management on the POS
There needs to be a way for the us to access invoices via the POS and mark paid when the customer comes in to pick up the order. Which would allow us to mark the orders paid without deleting the order and having to input everything again at the register. We also need to be able to itemize the invoice for our customer. I know that you can from Square and QuickBooks.

Being able to see how many retail items were sold in cash and credit card
Not sure if this is the case for users that export data to Quickbooks through the Clover app, but as a user that introduces deposits manually in QB it would be very helpful to click on tender type and see how many retail items were sold during a specific time period that were cash transactions and that were credit card transactions. Also the daily batches should have a breakdown of retail items sold and the surcharge amount.

An option to have the Sales & Tender Report sort alphabetically instead of in descending order of sales.
It would be helpful if we had the option to sort alphabetically. I need to input the sales by device into a spreadsheet and the card types aren't always in the same order.

clover reporting
When adding a customized item or tax- allow the total amount to show on the reporting so that the totals match up. the transactions are not matching with the batch totals. Having a more detailed reporting system will help with itemized, detailed individualized line items showing the exact amount including taxes and additional fees

Make current top of list in cellular data app
The cellular app should show the current device at the top of the list of devices so that the current device can be managed on the device. Also add the nickname and data usage back onto the device so merchants can be sure they are looking up the correct device without having to check the serial number.
Also add a search option so merchants can search for a different device by nickname or serial number etc. they have without logging in online.

Permission to change Device name.
Allow resellers or admin users to make changes to the device name that shows up on the reporting. Currently only the owner is able to make this change.

Being able to see Rewards Member point totals, notes, and names from the reward selection screen
In order to better serve customers, it would be nice to see their total lifetime points, account notes, and be able to customize customer names from the register terminal when selecting rewards accounts. This is especially useful in a grocery/retail setting where you may need quick access to this information.

CLOSE OUT TIME IN DASHBOARD DOESN'T MATCH THE ACTUAL CLOSE OUT TIME IN FD POS.
I have a client that has auto settlement set at 6:16pm PST in FDPOS. The Closeout screen in the dashboard is showing 5:30pm closeout so when they run a sale after 5:30pm, the totals in the dashboard don't match his deposits. Please sync the closeout time in the dashboard "closeout" screen with the auto settlement time in FDPOS. Or allow merchant to adjust the closeout reporting time manually in the dashboard. If the Closeout screen can't be fixed, you might think about removing the Closeout screen completely since it's causing more confusion to merchants than anything else.

appointment notification
You need to be able to delete appointments if entered incorrectly. You also need to be able to remove canceled appointments so you can rebook.

Alphabetize locations on new Menu
Please, Please, Alphabetize the locations listing on the new Menu. The old Menu had all merchant locations organized alphabetically. The new Menu forces you to review the whole locations list to locate the one you need to switch to. Very inefficient and annoying, when you have a long list of locations. Please

Bigger Font on Daily Reports
Please need option on Daily terminal reports for larger Font. New Regular & Condensed Reports on the terminal are great, but Older and visually impaired users have a hard time reading such a small font, as well as older P500's have a hard time printing clearly at that font.Somewhere between current font & font used for "Closeout" would be perfect, with bolding on the section titles.

Add devices to Sales Overview
I have a seasonal merchant that rents 80+ Clover devices for their annual event. They need a report that lists credit/debit sales by device so that they can separate sales by revenue centers. The Cash Log report shows the device name.

Employee Reporting
Client would like to be able to decipher order types via the dining application for reporting purposes. Business Type: Hibachi, instead of the order receipt showing "dine-in", the client would like it to read Hibachi 1 or Hibachi 2, in order to determine which server waited on the table to determine sales and tips, the idea for is for the information to show within the employees reports.
