Second Invoice Reminder
I often need to send second or even third reminder before invoices are paid. It would be so helpful if multiple reminders could be sent instead of having to create a whole new invoice for a second reminder...or more.

Clover Go Tap to Pay
Allow Tap to Pay option in Clover Go to be enabled by the employees and not just the account owner. Clover account owners may not always use an iPhone and to restrict enabling this option to just the owner can restrict employees from using the Tap to Pay feature.

Enhanced Chargeback Visibility
Currently, only the Owner is able to view and act on chargebacks in the Dashboard. For larger companies, the Owner rarely has a role in day-to-day operational issues like disputes. If we want to sell Clover to larger and multi-location businesses, we need Admins and Managers to be able to view and respond to disputes just like the Owner can. Please consider and implement this enhancement as soon as possible.

Exiting Open Orders: When the merchant backs out of an order or tries to cancel, the order it remains open. Can we create a popup with example wording, "No payment was processed. If you exit, the order will remain open and can be completed or deleted later." ? This way the merchant knows they are not losing any money or had any failed payments.

TEXT AN INVOICE
There should be an option to text an invoice (link) to our customers' numbers on file instead of only emailing an invoice. Many customers use multiple emails or no emails and only use their phone to connect to Apple Wallets and such.

Quantity in Payment links
I have a lot of client sthat use xxxx and are able to add a quantity to their QR Codes. So If the customer want s to buy multiple of the what is on QR code, When they scan it, they are able to put a quantity and it will calculate the total.

Manual Card Entry
When press no for card present why does it ask for the Zip code first and not the card # but when you press yes for card present it ask for enter card. Need to have the same function as the other Clover by entering the card # first.

Customers listed Alphabetically
Please go back to listing Customers on the Station duo Alphabetically or atleast give options to do so. Also, go back to the previous version where you could see the amount of cash back to give to customers before printing a receipt or not. The new updated versions is not user friendly.

Minimum Charge on Payment
Can you add an option to set a minimum amount that can be charged for a payment with credit or debit card. This is good to stop payments of under $1 if someone mistakenly forgets to add the .00.

Tap pay signature
Your company doesn’t offer a signature option if the customer does in fact use the tap to pay option. I have had disputes over transaction and feel that a signature option for this could be another layer of protection for the retailer.

Invoices
When searching for invoices, whether in the online dashboard or on the Clover Go app, the selected invoice only gives the sent/due dates, customer name/email, and the subtotal. We need to be able to search for and see what was invoiced. This reporting feature is woefully vague. The only way to see what was invoiced is once it has been paid for which does no good for invoices that are still pending.

interac surcharge
I recently changed from a 3rd party app in Clover to Clover's built-in surcharge functionality for interac and credit transactions. The credit portion works perfectly, the surcharge is always charged on credit transitions (tap or not). HOWEVER, your interac functionality is faulty! It will not charge the surcharge on tap transactions, it only charges on transactions where the customer inserts their card. This is a bug in my mind! Why would we not want surcharge applied to all interac transactions? The 3rd party app did so, so it's not a interac rule. It's clearly a bug in your software. Please…

Automatically Select Credit when Card is Inserted through the Payment Device
On the register app, the merchant needs to select tender, but some customers inserts their cards in the payment device such as mini on Clover Duo before the merchant makes the tender selection. Please program the device in a way that when the card is inserted, the tender type will be automatically credit card or the merchant can simply hit the confirm button to proceed with the credit card sale. Currently, when the card holder inserts their card before the tender type is selected, the merchant facing screen waits for the merchant to select the tender and the card holder…
