I need to be able to see sales during a set time frame - 12 pm - 4 pm - I need to look at the daily sales to see the trends. I should be able to use the custom date range and enter the hours for the report and scroll through the week. Now the dashboard changes the hours and shows me 12-4 and then 4-8 pm so I have to go back in and set the date and time again to view the sales for the next day. It's VERY time consuming. I hope you put the dashboard back to the way it was!

This should be an option on ALL POS systems! How am I to know when to up staff or increase production???

We need this feature added! As admin working from the head office this feature is required so I'm not passing out user codes to other employees to log the person out.

HELP!! This option would help tremendously.
This is a major need for restaurant / bar owners. I'm having a very difficult time finding the proper report for the individual servers which includes - Revenue Class labels for tip outs, cash sales, debit & credit sales, transaction count, and tips BY EMPLOYEE CODE. I'm not up at 3 am to run the reports from the dashboard for them. Each of our servers should be able to access this read with their our log in code and print off the chit so they can settle their night with our required paperwork. -

Hello,
If comparing to the Employees Report within the Web Dashboard, which shows Employee Sales Summary and Employee Summary by Revenue Class, would this information suffice, or are there additional details/classes that would be helpful for this on-device report?
Also, does the Reporting App on the device help with this request, or is that also missing pertinent information that your staff would like to see?

I need to review the cash adjustments in the cash log. So right now I have to scroll through and look for the type I'm looking for. We should be able to assign a reason code for the adjustment Tip Out - Band Payment - Supplies - Vendor - staff would still need to add their own note but then we can filter on them and find the info we require faster and easier.
And a DOWNLOAD option is REQUIRED.
