   We have various hospital gift shops with 5000+ products. Whenever we onboard a site, we have issues with the upload wiping out the categories after the initial (1000 line item-max import). There needs to be a better import tool with more than 1000 line items. Better yet, please make your retail service plan truly "RETAIL" with better inventory features, better inventory search functions/reporting, better inventory tracking, add product vendor, online store and better refund/exchange capabilities, etc.
