Ticket Tech Support. The system should have a ticket system into the administration dashboard to report technical problems with out the need to call clover support. Very easy to use and they should have response from someone asap.

Well on second thought just stop selling lover to unsuspecting small businesses. -

Worst support ever.
I have an issue now going on 3 weeks. No one seems able or cares to fix.
The person who set up my clover is non existent, bento is worse.

Also the option to email a help desk so we can provide screenshots and have the history of communication we've had in case in comes up again.
