Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. We have had multiple customers complain of not receiving an email after using the online clover gyft gift card purchasing wizard. I have a suspicion that they are incorrectly entering the email address to send the gift card to. Since the entire online gift card hinges on the fact that you have the correct email, then this should be a requirement for double verification. The current method of having to manually provide the receipt, gift card total, correct email etc to Clover manually to fix this is time consuming and leaving my customers frustrated. Thanks for the consideration.

  5. A boutique wishes to send promo's based on the anniversary date of a customer. Currently, the only date field is birthdate.

  14. The merchant is using Ecwid and Clover and creating customer profiles on both ( which is creating duplicate customers). The merchant would like the option to combine or sync customers from ecwid and clover

  15. Merchant is wanting a feature from clover to have the capability to import customers from other POS systems. Merchant is also wanting to be able to look up customer using an ID instead of the name.

  16. Allow the option to pop-up comments so when ordering they will show on screen. For example, if you entered a comment/note that customer is to get a 10% discount when ordering, it would pop up and you would have to dismiss it to erase the pop up.

  17. Nowadays, we face many customers that are scamming or take advantage in many ways. Customers app should include information if we decide not to serve or warning for these return customers who keep complaining or do many tricks on us. When we add customer, this information will need to pop up!
