Alphabetize Customers App by Last Name

Merchant would like to be able to see the Customers App customized by Last name, or to see an optional way to switch between alphabetizing by first or by last name.

    Absolutely agree - just called customer service and they said the ONLY way it arranges customers is by when it was entered into the system - I don't care who was the most recent customer, I want to be able to access customers at any time by their name! Even when you search - you can't just search by "A, B, C, etc." it requires you to input (3) letters! Ridiculous.....
