Hello- on clover payments for the invoicing option, customers are requesting to be able to add more detailed notes on the invoice to show purchased products, pricing, quanity etc. They would like an inventory option to be able to add to the invoices with clover virtual payments.

To further elaborate on this: when in Virtual Terminal, I should be able to search inventory for an item, add items to a cart, have the terminal add up the items in the sale, and make the sale. And after the sale inventory should be updated. Just like in the POS terminal.

Yes, please add this ASAP. When we bought into Clover the Virtual Terminal was a big selling point; we were under the impression the virtual terminal had similar functionality as the POS devices. Without it, the Virtual Terminal is essentially useless to us.

Please add this feature as soon as you can, it would make your product so much better to have the consistency between in person sales and virtual sales.

Having sales information on the Virtual Terminal consistent with the POS terminal would save us so much time.

be able to select an item in the inventory and send it in an invoice. The merchant need to have the details of the sale.

When using virtual terminal there is no way to pull items from our inventory. Would be a nice feature.

It is right there, and shouldn't be that hard of a feature to add. We need the ability to click on inventory items to send via Invoicing through the Virtual Terminal, then it reflect in the Inventory stock count for that item that it was sent. This seems like a no brainer.

I want to use the virtual terminal so I can email an invoice and customers can pay online. However, I have to make sure the payments are linked to an invoice that itemizes taxable vs. non-taxable items. Please make it so I can create an order on the desktop and attach the order/invoice within the email or as a .pdf
