i prefer just paid online and pick up or deliver, other way they can order and never pick up

This might be a good thing for some, but I think most would consider this a risk of hackers or malicious people creating bogus orders and causing the business to waste time, supplies, etc for nobody to show up. I would prefer my online customers to have to pay as part of proving the order is real.
