Blind Cashout/Close out
A 19 Store Customer is requesting this feature:
The best preventative measure for short ringing is to implement a blind closeout process. Blind closeout requires employees to reconcile cash at the end of their shift without notifying them of the exact amount they are expected to return. They have to count the cash and report the total to the system without knowing what it's “supposed” to be.
It's holes like this that it is glaringly obvious that Clover was designed by merchant services and not restauranteurs. It's ridiculous that we cannot hold Cashiers accountable for transactions.

I am one of the owners of this Company. We have implemented the POS in EVERY location and we are being ROBBED nightly from our Employees and even our Customers have had issues with Employees overcharging. Carl (From Below) is our POS TECH. He brought you guys to the table. We need a solution ASAP!
Im sending you a link showing how the POS "TOAST" does it. If they can do it Im sure you guys can too...
Really need this implemented ASAP!!! What a great tool!
