This is critical for inventory control and cost control. Just as Anthony Damiani below said, in order to make the inventory module and item list functional, ice cream shops MUST have flavors as a modifiers, and toppings as well. We need a downloadable report to track inventory of these items, since Clover can't do it properly in the inventory module unless they are items. What could possibly be the holdup??

We use "ice cream flavors" as a modifier for our ice cream (in 3 different sizes). It would nice to see how many of each ice cream flavor is selling, so we can keep track of the ones to keep, and the ones to replace.
