Transaction Note or Description to Customer
We just migrated from Payeezy to Clover virtual terminal. We lost the ability of providing customers a description or note for the charge. If the developers do not add this feature fast we are going to have to find another another card processor. Oh and this suggestion page, not so friendly. No idea if the right people are going to get this.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Our customer is requesting a note on the receipt that details what they are paying for. I contacted Clover tech support, and they advised that this is where I can request this feature. Since customers currently cannot receive a payment request with itemized fees, it's crucial to have the ability to add or show the note on the receipt to specify what the payment is for. This is an urgent need, so please prioritize this request.

Kindly add this feature ASAP. I am not able to use the platform due to this reason.
