    Please check again. If you continue to to not have the "This Year" option in the reporting date range filter and are still not able to request a report, please reach out to our support.

    Our agents are available to assist you when you're unable to resolve issues on your own. There are a few ways to reach live support:

    From a browser, go to your Clover account and select Help from the top menu to access a range of support options.

    On a Clover device, tap Help on the home screen.

    In the Clover Go mobile app (where available), open the menu and tap Help.

    Find your direct support phone number on your statement.

    For your security, we'll ask for your Merchant ID (MID) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), so please have that information handy.

    To find your Merchant ID (MID):
    From a browser, log in to your Clover.com account.

    At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:

    From the null Account menu, select Account & Setup.

    Select Settings null to open the Settings panel; then choose View all settings.

    Under About your business, select Business information.

    Your MID is located at the top left of the page.
