    If I had known................We need to be able to assign tips to each individual waitress as a customer checks out at the cash register just like a regular credit card machine. It doesn't make sense you can't do this when technology is moving forward. Why can't Clover do this? If this isn't resolved this whole system will be packed up and shipped back without ever being able to put it to use. No one can answer questions without bouncing you to 3 or 4 different people and then the call drops! Agree with Cath Shaw Truelove's comment. They dropped the ball on a very important function.
