Register POS do not have built-in support to Identify EBT items ; even though there is a 3rd party app "Identify EBT items" that can do this as part of the Register checkout flow but after 30 days it will $17.00 / month ; merchant would like to avoid monthly fee

merchant in extremely unhappy about the new inventory design ; the features are impacting is ability to use the dashboard effectively for his business type ; Merchant has specific issue such as the length of the main layout how some columns are longer then they need to be based in the information in the category ( ex stock count column- its 1-2 inches for a column that will only be about 1-3 characters long
