    I am having to now buy an order printer... to add next to a receipt printer. There isnt any difference the designation between the two devices is arbitrary and its ridiculous. Clover has a fine POS system here which I was smitten, but none of my staff are going to be able to accept this.

    I am having a lot of trouble understanding how Clover doesnt see this necessary. Something like this will completely train wreck my kitchen during a busy night.

    Ive been getting to know the Clover Solo over the past week and one thing has become entirely apparent to me... Clover either does not understand what an IP address is, or they have some sort of stake to make money for Star Micronics.

    I have had my clover devices for 2 days and I would be entirely smitten if it were not for this glaring issue... Clover has completely dropped the ball in regards to your printer options.

    1. There is no way to print orders to the printer at a second Clover Station. I have no way to notify my bar as to the drinks my wait staff tables need to be made.

    2. The kitchen should be sent a void receipt any time one of my servers deletes a previously printed item. If youre company doesnt understand this and why its important, then stop presenting yourself as a full table service capable provider. Ive got no idea how Im supposed to explain this to my kitchen staff tomorrow, they will think its a joke.
