Besides ablate Merge customers, the way my business works is tracking pieces by customers name and number. If an employee types the phone number or the system puts a dash in the middle of the number next visit for that customer may not appear if it is not typed the exact way it was originally set. Now we have two profiles for same customer and tracking their history sales is a nightmare.
I would like to see a more efficient and easy way for customer to show or pop up. not to care for upper cases or lower cases and one little difference like that doesn't show up.
