Absolutely needed. One of my stores is 2 hours away -- I have to drive a total of 4 hours to set up or change Happy Hour. Ridiculous! Also, if I pick a Category for a Happy Hour special to apply to --- but then later add new items to that category --- those items are not included unless I manually go in and re-do the special. Again, I do believe that Clover & App designers should be REQUIRED to work 1 day in a retail store or restaurant using Clover. Perhaps then they would see the frustrating issues we all are forced to deal with.
