We are having a hard time balancing our days in terms of Gift Card information on the reports from the terminals.
Gift Card Info not appearing on terminal reporting:
We had to install the Factor4 app in order to activate/redeem Gift Cards. Unfortunately we cannot find where to print the redemption
information (as it is considered a payment)
1.)When servers are balancing their daily cashouts, there is no report that can confirm for them the gift card redemptions taken.
2.)Also, cannot seem to print Gift Card Activations for the day from the terminals either.
