An error occurred while saving the comment Honey Joe commentedBring back the easy "Print Order Receipt" button after payment is collected. It used to be an easy click. Now it is hidden under "More Options" and slows down the register process when we need to print a second order receipt to give to the other work station. Also causes more errors as this step is now easily missed and was how we created our flow when the button used to be there!

An error occurred while saving the comment Honey Joe commentedYes, or bring back the "Print Order Receipt" on the main page after the transaction instead of having to do an extra click into "More options".
We print two order receipts only when there is a drink and a kitchen item on the same transaction. We were in the habit of having 1 order receipt print automatically, and then manually clicking another Order Receipt. Now that that button is hidden, it makes for many errors of not remembering to print an extra ticket for the kitchen.

Thank you all for your feedback. At this time our compliance teams are requiring Two Factor Authentication to be via text or authentication app. We are unable to change this at this time

I can't get past the pop up screen that requires turning on 2-step verification. When I called from a landline I was told that is the only option and I have to set it up to access the account for security reasons. I can't access my own account! How am I supposed to conduct business? There has to be another option that doesn't require me to have a functional cell service. Anything - email, whatsapp, something else is a necessary alternative that uses internet instead of cell service.
Yes please!
This option is too tempting for employees trying to please customers. We can't have random items and prices made up. It also makes it impossible to track sales and does not always apply the correct tax rate.
We just need the option to remove "Custom Item" from the register completely so it is a non issue!
