Seems like a critical feature that almost all web platforms support. It's common practice that an owner can add users to their platform and assign permissions. Like others have said, it's impractical for users to constantly call/text their owner for the 2FA code. This is slowing down the development of my API based solutions and API access was the only reason I turned on 2FA.
