One suggestion I have that I think would make this system even better would be a way to prioritize the order of items on printed slips! In my kitchen I plan on using two printers one for just pizzas and calzones and one that prints everything else. A master slip if you will. Since pizza works independently it makes sense to give them a slip with just the pizzas and calzones. While the rest of the staff can see everything on their slip and can know when to start on items depending on where the slip is in the pizza queue. What I’m suggesting is a way to make pizza less of a priority on my master slip by being able to put in on the bottom of that slip so my staff doesn’t need to parse through pizzas and calzones to find the items they are responsible for making.
