We have a few merchants who do deliveries to different cities, so they need to change the tax rate from let's say Fresno 7.975% to Madera 8.25%, but only way to do this is to change default tax and then ring items in, make the sale, and change default tax back to Fresno, all while other employees don't ring anything in during that time. It would be nice to be able to change the tax rate on an individual ticket for the items within the ticket, without having to change the default and then making sure they change it back.

The gratuity is only acting as a service charge to restaurant, it is crucial for our restaurant to have the ability to pay out our servers for the gratuity as a tip. Right now, when the server does check out, the total cash settlement will not be adjusted due to the service charge/gratuity added to the ticket. For instance, if I took $100 cash transactions in, and received a $20 service charge/gratuity, the check out report should reflect that and my total cash owed is $80, but the total cash owed is still showing $100 so it's not deducting the service charge/gratuity from the cash owed. This is frustrating to our many merchants because they have to manually calculate the service charge out of the total cash owed for every checkout that has service charge/gratuity added. Please help and give a option to have this paid to server as tip or to collect service charge for restaurant.
