I'm sure it would be possible to allow a specific clover device(s) to be "trusted" by a set number of maximum clover accounts (with MFA profile switching or something to keep things secure).
What if a small business has multiple DBA's under its corporate structure (multiple home based businesses, etc.) and a separate bank account for each DBA and want the payment experience/receipts show the DBA? What if they are using class tracking via quickbooks and want to switch to clover? They could have each DBA as a different division or something in their multi-location dashboard...charge a 25% additional fee for the clover software for each DBA and a partial fee for each one accessible by the clover device(s).
It seems like clover is leaving a lot of money on the table to provide even more robust financial tracking/management that is currently a complicated set-up for some businesses (WE WILL PAY FOR A SINGLE PANE OF GLASS, ESPECIALLY IF WE CAN KEEP DEVICE COUNT DOWN)!
Hello. Any update on the ability to have 1 device -> Multiple MIDs?
