    we need some way to limit amount of a specific menu item sold. we are not a restaurant, we are a adventure sports outfitter. so we need to be able to sell 10 spots in a yoga class, but not 11. or 8 hourly kayak rentals from 2pm-3pm, but not 9.... some type of inventory cut off option.
    I think this would be similar to a restaurant only having a certain number of rockfish filets available for a specific evening.....
