Currently, if I have a modifier for an item that says "Combo with fries and a soda," I am unable to have the customer select the type of soda when they select this option. This leads to confusion and a less streamlined ordering process.
The suggestion to have a flavor option on the item is not ideal as it will show even if the customer does not select the "Combo" option. It would be more user-friendly to only display the submodifier options when the main modifier is selected.
I would greatly appreciate the ability to add submodifiers to a modifier group in a way that is not visible to the customer until they select the main modifier, to reduce confusion and improve the ordering experience.
This option would be huge for restaurants and could also possible help retain or attract customer that need this option. Currently my only option is to go with another POS system that has the option available. However that is not convienaniant for me because I like the clover inertface.
