When doing an exchange, we want to have the option to change the items to other items that are in different value. Other businesses can do this for their customers, but we can't. It's been affecting our business so much. Doing refunds is prohibited in our company, so this is not an option for us.
Moreover, when we do an exchange, there is no option for us to put back the returned item to our stocks/inventory.
Lastly, when looking at the items to exchange the previous items with, there is no search bar. So, you need to scroll down and find the new item manually.
