Customer names were previously printed on receipts, but no longer pull through. This also prevents the customer name information from being available in the clover dashboard. While we are able to manually enter the name before processing the sale, this is very tedious and too time consuming for our busy medical office. Please restore the functionality that populates the cardholder name information automatically when the card is inserted into the terminal. Thank you.
