I have several gift shops using Clover who are struggling with returns. When a gift recipient returns a gift item the merchants would like to process the return and give the customer store credit on a gift card.
Currently the refund goes back to the original payment method. Meaning the refund would go back on the credit card of the person who made the purchase leaving the gift recipient with nothing.
Could we create an option of how to refund the funds, giving choices such as Cash, Credit Card or Gift Card ?
