    December 2024:

    Clove previously had the "Exchange" option under the Orders ->
    Refund feature. They have removed it. Clover Merchant Support said that the Developers have decided to remove this feature, which makes it very inconvenient for us Merchants.

    It'd be much quicker and easier for Merchants to simply "Exchange" an item for a paid transaction, rather than needing them to do a partial refund & create another transaction.

    Please re-enable this feature again. Thank you.
