Please, please, please fix your inventory export report to be useful to retail businesses. At this time, you only have the ability to export ALL items and the report comes out with latest items added. Plus, the headers are not even accurate and you can't quickly re-sort it because you have taken the Revenue/Category off every item and grouped them by variant. Retailers need to be able to pull an accurate report of IN STOCK by category/revenue stream at any given point. The only way to do this right now is sorting by items and printing a PDF that is impossible to read. Please don't just say not at this time when you review this. The information exists in the system and even allowing a export feature that you can pull by category to excel would be helpful. This is really limiting how we run our business.

An error occurred while saving the comment Clover, please listen to us and not just mark not at this time. The retail inventory management view and reporting is horrible. Retail businesses run themselves on what is in the store and remaining not just what has been sold. The fact that you have that information for item sales so easy to view and export it should be the same for the in stock inventory. Having to print the item view that is so completely insane to view on a PDF is not right. Please don't just say not at this time, listen to us and consider that in order for us to run our businesses you have to help us here.

If you all are not able to enhance this area you should really not market yourself as a solution for retailers. The fact that you can't 1. See current items in stock only, not all entries you have ever had 2. Ability to see in and out of when you add things to inventory 3. The Item export report is TERRIBLE and the column headers are not even accurate ie- Revenue detail comes through on the label column and with the latest changes the variants don't get category/revenue detail so it takes HOURS to manually go determine the value you your current inventory. If this does not get fixed or continues to say not at this time then retailers need to switch from this platform.

The Item inventory export report that downloads no longer has the Revenue Class detail by item which makes it COMPLETELY impossible to run a report to be able to determine the value of the inventory sitting in your store at the end of each month. This report has already been hard to navigate and now that has been taken off of the column where it previously exported under the printer label column. It is pretty impossible to believe that you have us pay for this POS and we enter all of our inventory in the system and you make it so hard for us to pull a report to determine our value of our stock. We are small business owners and the data exists in your system. I would hope that you could improve this for us as retailers.
