I would like the ability to export a list of items from a single Category. The list should include all fields related to each item.

Inventory Audit Trail
Merchant would like to be able to see an audit trail of when an item was added to inventory, any changes made to that item (quantities, price, etc.), when items were sold and, most importantly, when an item was deleted from inventory. It would be fine if this functionality was a requested report. Merchant has multiple users with access to inventory and if one user accidentally deletes inventory there is no audit trail to see when that was done and by whom. We thought Clover might have a back end audit trail for deleted inventory items and we were told…

Have a “print label” option available in inventory screen to allow a barcode label to be printed when a new item
Have an option in the inventory screen, when adding new items, to be able to print a barcode label from Easy Labels. This is essential when new items come in that don’t have barcodes on them. Also, be able to assign a barcode to an item that has no barcodes in the inventory screen.

functioning inventory.
Can you make the inventory functional for retailers. Inventory in when we receive product and out when we sell it, This for the most part works right now. However taking a store inventory is important to us. Being able to scan and verify products in the store. Also having a report available for items we didn't scan so we can check if we have the product and just missed it or it was stolen.

Inventory sorting
There needs to be a way to sort inventory other then just by "item name" or "in stock". We have multiple items with no category assigned and trying to find them is near impossible and VERY time consuming.

Please change the match filtering on product codes to be exact match
When adding product codes to individual items: the current programming has very broad matching criteria. If just 2 or 3 sequential numbers within a product code match, then when either item is scanned, you get a list of items at the POS to choose from. This leaves far too much room for error in ringing up the correct items. It defeats the whole point of having unique individual product codes.
Here is an example. I have 1 item thats product code is 4325, I have another completely different item that has a product code 665570982325, 2 VERY different product codes.…

Multiple Item Pictures
Multiple item pictures. Clover Retail Growth Plan online shopping needs to have the ability to add multiple pictures to each item. Customers purchasing online need to be able to see all sides of the product as well as close-up pictures of product labels. Having the ability to only add one picture per item will hurt online sales.

Delete customers
I can delete one customer at a time, but I cannot delete all my customers and start fresh. Please add that option.

Create a feature that tracks edits made to an item in inventory, including initial creation, changes to cost, and quantities. This feature is paramount in helping users keep track of potentially lost goods and when Clover POS and Clover desktop was last sync'ed

price schedule
Clover needs to have the ability to set up Inventory Price Scheduling.
Many Hospitality/Retail locations will charge different item prices depending on time of day.Inventory should have a base Price and then Price level 1, level 2, level 3. etc.
"Events" or Schedules can be set to use a specific Price level changing all item pricing to that level during that time period.Many merchants do not like having Happy Hour displayed as discounts as that adds to confusion on the ordering and customer receipt side, they want the item price changed for that event/time period only. FIXING ITEM OPTIONS
UNDER ITEM, ON BULK EDIT AND EDIT YOU CANNOT CHANGE COST, YOU HAVE TO GO IN THE ACTUAL ITEM TO CHANGE COST. THIS IS TIME CONSUMING. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE CATAGORY AND MODIFIYER ON EDIT AS WELL INSTEAD OF GOING TO BULK EDIT.

Weighted Items with decimals
Team, The new dashboard version removed adding inventory with decimal places. I buy and sell an item that is by weight and not in exact whole numbers. Please allow adding and removing inventory with decimal places.

Clover Gift Card App
Enhancement for Clover Gift Card App --
When setting up the Clover Gift Card App, enable on-screen prompts for the user so that it prevents them from setting up a secondary gift card entitlement number, causing unnecessary impact to the user. Potential probing prompts on screen, such as:
Do you already have a Gift Card Entitlement Number?

A more in depth search option for plu merchants like grocery stores
The Clover does not allow for more advanced searching capabilities such as plu for grocery stores which is crucial for business with large inventory and bulk inventory. When My merchant searches let's say 222 it comes up with all items that have 222 in them and the grocery store assistant has to scroll down forty plus options to get to the item. My merchant told me a 20 year old dos pos can do it so a 20th century pos should be able to do it at bare minimum. This is going to lose you business and needs to be…

Zero out existing on hands in inventory
I would like to zero out “on hand” quantities of ALL inventory in order to do a physical inventory of the store. This would allow us to see what items are still at zero after the inventory. We can then decide to delete items no longer carried at the store. We carry 2-3 thousand skus and dead inventory builds up. Maybe have a dead inventory or slow moving inventory report.

Inventory - Multiple Keyword Search
In the Search bar whether in Register or in Inventory, instead of just one keyword, multiple keywords can be used, and they don't have to be in order.
For example, if you have an item called "dog food", you can find it by typing "food dog"
