  1. I had an employee pickup a terminal that was still logged in by the previous staff who was using the terminal. As such, the employee's sale was lodged under the wrong user.

    Currently, there is no way that I can reassign that sale to the correct users. Please grant admins the ability to reassign the sale to the correct employee.

  3. It would be nice to have an extra charging base or two. This way you don't have to lug around the base and charging cable if you move to different parts of the building or a new location.

  5. When replacement units are processed online or through the call centre, Clover sales and ISO should receive the shipping report of the replacement unit as a means for filing for future reference. Call Tag information is fully populated to commence defect return, and a high percentage of return waybills are not sent to the customer, which initiates ISO to follow up and discover the return waybill has not been emailed to the client

  7. We would like Flex 4 covers in black! The clear ones look really dirty and make the machines look unprofessional.

  8. I have clients who would be interested in being able to have their business logo displayed on the devices lock screen and/or background. This could apply to any of the devices really but this client specifically has a Mini. Especially for the Clover Duo this would establish a presence for the brand and this makes the business seem very official.

  9. No opening drawer ringing.
    This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. You cant' keep honest people honest if you don't have the single most basic physical base covered.
