Hand Strap for the Clover Flex and Flex Pocket
There should be an accessory for the Clover Flex and Clover Flex Pocket to add a strap to the back to make it easier to hold and balance when taking orders and checking out. The strap could also be put around the wrist to free up the hand to carry trays if needed.

Suggestion from Merchant to have more options for Device passcode example is 4 digit or lower passcode since it slows down process for the 6 digit code requirement

clover solo with nfc reader
Clover Solo needs an NFC Reader. It faster to tap than insert a card. With NFC reader, It would be more Suitable for a Smaller foot print and lower cost Kiosk.

Clover Compact: option to keep the USB port permanently enabled/ON.
Clover Compact needs a setting to enable/disable Consumer Mode for the USB port, or an option to keep the USB port permanently enabled. Currently, the USB port turns off if there is no initial POS connection and after a Windows restart, requiring the POS to reconnect.

''IPAD STYLE'' device to take order
I have a competitor and they have the ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take orders and some of my customers asked if CLOVER have like an IPAD style because it is EASIER FOR THEM vs the flex. IF YOU HAVE THAT...I could get all their accounts.

I strongly believe that Clover duo is maxed out and needs to be replaced with something that has more RAM or memory to it because it is cons
In my opinion, the Clover duo is by far the weakest link in the arsenal of Clover devices. Every time I put this device in a high-performing fast restaurant environment, it starts having lagging issues and freezing issues. I’ve used it in a coffee shop, I’ve used it in a med spa, and I’ve used it in a Mexican food restaurant. I never have these problems with the Clover solo, but it seems like every time I try the Clover duo and one of these environments I always regret it. I am convinced that the memory capabilities are beyond maxed…

Clover Compact Terminal/Pin Pad design
It's required to connect the Pin Pad to WiFi and sometimes the connection is weak causing the pinned to have to be reset ending in the customer calling and complaining!

Customer Facing Take Out Screen
I would love to be able to use a 24 inch KDS as a customer facing screen in my pick up area so I don’t have to use buzzers or call names. Just press complete and use the customer see the order is ready for pick up

Our business needs a 15ft or longer extension cord for the clover station duo, but none available to reach our customers location
Our business setup needs a 15 ft or longer extension cord to reach our customer's location, but none is available at Clover.
We call your hardware dept and was told only a 5ft cord is available.
For Clover to meet the needs of their customers, its important to have basic equipment like a longer extension cord. It should not be difficult for Clover to create one.3 votesLonger cable accessories are planned for future devices. Lengths to be offered are to be finalized.
15ft. is challenging to keep the electrical signals stable over that distance and will signifcantly increase the cost of the cable.

Move wiring to the back of the Solo and Duo display
The placement of the wire plugs on the bottom of the base is problematic from a moisture perspective (in bars and restaurants). Moving the wiring to the back of the display screen would alleviate a lot of hardware replacements and also allow the Solo to be used as a wall mounted POS in Bars and restaurants with limited space

Clover Re-Design
The elephant in the room...merchants are swapping out the Clover for **. Why? Not because it has more features or is easier to use, but because it looks better. Let's be honest, merchants would rather have less available features than lose out on ergonomic appeal to themselves and their customers. ** has done a better job with style, presentation, color scheme and their system just looks sleek. clover compact
ethernet cable port faces straight down rather than out the back. The connector on most ethernet cables is too large, bulky and not flexable enough to allow the device to set stable on a counter top. Not usable. Call center agent was unable to suggest a cable category that will work,

Print head on Clover Mini does not last-receipts become illegible & the only solution is to replace the entire device? So wrong!gre
Clover Mini Print Heads should be replaceable. The rest of the machine works fine. It seems crazy to throw out a perfectly good machine when the print head should be able to be replaced. Plus I have a real problem with purchasing a new one to the tune of $700 when it won't even last a few years in a very small shop.
7 votesPeriodic cleaning of the print head should allow the printer to last the life of the machine. Print heads have been tested to >30 miles of printed paper with typical receipt content.

Make hardware trackable
please include the ability to track your POS machine should it get lost or stolen.
