  1. I have a competitor and they have the ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take orders and some of my customers asked if CLOVER have like an IPAD style because it is EASIER FOR THEM vs the flex. IF YOU HAVE THAT...I could get all their accounts.

  4. It would be nice to have an extra charging base or two. This way you don't have to lug around the base and charging cable if you move to different parts of the building or a new location.

  5. Please bring back making the mini clover to not timeout to a black screen. I use the mini clover for a un maned micro mart and the screen times out after 30 mins which makes it harder for the customer to make a purchase.

  6. The printer setup needs a setting to be able to have each Item print out separately instead of having them all print on one bill and adding a line below each print. There is an APP name smart print that allows you to do that on the clover app Market but that APP has way too many bugs.

  8. This is a request for all devices. Not sure if the request should have been put under Payments but thought that is in reference to the Payments Saas.

    Is there a way to show the Surcharge amount collected on credit card transactions on the batch report so that the merchant doesn't have to go to the dashboard to find it. It would be nice to have the breakdown on their batch report. Currently, it's more work for merchants that use their own invoicing/work order process to match those transactions.

  9. The elephant in the room...merchants are swapping out the Clover for **. Why? Not because it has more features or is easier to use, but because it looks better. Let's be honest, merchants would rather have less available features than lose out on ergonomic appeal to themselves and their customers. ** has done a better job with style, presentation, color scheme and their system just looks sleek. The Clover? It's just ok when it comes to "visual appeal". It is one of the better ones, but I feel that they can do better. Why is this? Most restaurants…

  11. ethernet cable port faces straight down rather than out the back. The connector on most ethernet cables is too large, bulky and not flexable enough to allow the device to set stable on a counter top. Not usable. Call center agent was unable to suggest a cable category that will work,
