The previous Clover interface clearly showed a breakdown of each transaction, including the subtotal, tax, and gratuity as separate amounts.
Since the recent update, everything is grouped together, which makes it extremely difficult to reconcile our transactions for accounting purposes. I now have to open every transaction individually to find the breakdown, which is incredibly time-consuming and inefficient.
Is there a way to switch back to the previous interface or restore the separate subtotal, tax, and gratuity columns? The updated format is not effective for business accounting and has made our reporting process significantly more difficult.
Please let me know if there is a solution or if this feedback can be escalated to the appropriate team.
