    Absolutely agree - just called customer service and they said the ONLY way it arranges customers is by when it was entered into the system - I don't care who was the most recent customer, I want to be able to access customers at any time by their name! Even when you search - you can't just search by "A, B, C, etc." it requires you to input (3) letters! Ridiculous.....
