An error occurred while saving the comment Meg commentedWe cannot monitor custom keyed modifiers on the new dashboard. This could be done via the "Line Items Report" on the previous version. This is a major loss prevention issue because we cannot view what items are being added without a price.

After upgrading equipment, we are directed to a newer version of the
Clover.com website. This version does not display the MID in the drop-down
menu from the Help tab. I was unable to call tech support until I was able
to get the MID directly from my station-which was a
few days becasue I was traveling. When I did call support and
mentioned this to the support agent I spoke to, I was informed I could
look at my statement to get the MID. However, because we just received this
new equipment a statement hasn't been generated. The ability to contact
support during off-times is critical, as we often don't have time to do so
on-site because we are busy.
