    After upgrading equipment, we are directed to a newer version of the
    Clover.com website. This version does not display the MID in the drop-down
    menu from the Help tab. I was unable to call tech support until I was able
    to get the MID directly from my station-which was a
    few days becasue I was traveling. When I did call support and
    mentioned this to the support agent I spoke to, I was informed I could
    look at my statement to get the MID. However, because we just received this
    new equipment a statement hasn't been generated. The ability to contact
    support during off-times is critical, as we often don't have time to do so
    on-site because we are busy.

    We cannot monitor custom keyed modifiers on the new dashboard. This could be done via the "Line Items Report" on the previous version. This is a major loss prevention issue because we cannot view what items are being added without a price.
