MID listing under Help
Please add the current MID being viewed back under the Help button in the Dashboard Version 3 -- MANY Merchants do not know their MID and ask us where to locate it, and it's a little more involved than just "click Help at the top"; additionally quite a few merchants have two different MIDs under the same name and they go back and forth from the dropdown, but the way they used to confirm they were looking at the correct MID, was to check under help, now it's much more cumbersome.

When accessing the Settings tab on Dash 3 this is what is stated:
BUSINESS INFORMATION
View your Merchant ID (MID) and edit your business name, address, phone number, and more.The MID information is not available here, nor under the help tab as on the previous version of the web dashboard.
This information is invaluable and we ask to have it placed where clover states it should be found.When contacting clover support, some agents do not know or have not heard of Dash 3, others try to help without verifying their answers.

After upgrading equipment, we are directed to a newer version of the
Clover.com website. This version does not display the MID in the drop-down
menu from the Help tab. I was unable to call tech support until I was able
to get the MID directly from my station-which was a
few days becasue I was traveling. When I did call support and
mentioned this to the support agent I spoke to, I was informed I could
look at my statement to get the MID. However, because we just received this
new equipment a statement hasn't been generated. The ability to contact
support during off-times is critical, as we often don't have time to do so
on-site because we are busy. -

I can't find my Merchant number under "Help" anymore with the new dashboard layout. Please re-add it under "Help" or Business information.
