Transaction Description/Note
I too just migrated from Payeezy to Clover and lost the ability to provide my customers with a referenced invoice & job number on their receipt. If I cannot reference what job and invoice number a customer is paying for, I cannot use your service. These receipts are also supplied to my accounting department for reconciliation so they too, do not know what invoice or job the transaction is to be applied to without this option.

Transaction Note or Description to Customer
We just migrated from Payeezy to Clover virtual terminal. We lost the ability of providing customers a description or note for the charge. If the developers do not add this feature fast we are going to have to find another another card processor. Oh and this suggestion page, not so friendly. No idea if the right people are going to get this.

on the first page of new sale, we type in the customers name and the amount of the charge. The receipt should show customer name as typed
the old app before the upgrade some months ago would show customer name that we typed on the actual receipt that we print. now the new upgraded app does not show the customer name. We use this customer name in all our billing process and bank reconciliation process; why change something that is working good. change it back!

- I have reach out to the Engineering Team in regard to email bounce back, At this time Clover does not have that feature but we are able to but in an Enhancement request.

Quick key is missing
I just migrated from Payeezy to Clover today, and found that there are missing some important function such as "Quick key" under POS in Payeezy. My company has a lot of automate credit card transactions from the members, and we process twice a month to upload a csv file under "quick key" to Pzyeezy so that Payeezy will generate the transactions for me. Clover doesn't have this option to me and make me may use up the whole day to enter the transactions individually. Can you add the "quick key" to Clover ASAP?

Increase time allowed for customers to choose receipt option
Merchant is suggesting that the time allowed for customers to choose receipt options is increases. Merchant is facing "Timed Out" error and the payments sit in a pending status and orders are not sent to the kitchen.

Online ordering with Coupon
Clover online ordering is so far getting close to perfection. Only a few things need to change or add. The basic function needed asap is a coupon(discount) for online ordering. We do promotions every now and then for new customers. If a coupon/discount code can be added that will be great and we don't need to look for other online order providers.
I think this is a basic need for online ordering. Now with integration with all platforms, which is great but I still not using it because of this one function on clover online ordering.

Receipt Notification to Vendor
We just migrated from Payeezy to Clover and we used to get an email notification when a customer made a payment on our website. Even though we were told everything would remain the same, Clover is stating that they cannot do this.

Multiple email address for virtual terminal
In Receipt delivery for New Sale, we require to send emails to multiple recipients. I tried to put ; between emails and it did not work. This was possible in Payeezy. Please add this feature or take care of this bug ASAP, so I can continue using Clover. Thank you

API Call to retrieve Report Data
Make an API Call with report id, merchant ID, start and end dates, and any other parameters, resulting in the return of a file in JSON format containing the output data for further processing by Power BI, Excel, etc. This would aid in retrieving information from several franchises for combined and summary reports across the States.

- At this time Clover does not have that feature but we are able to submit an enhancement request in regard to creating that feature in a later update
