  1. We're an ISO and I just noticed that the DBA character limit has been reduced to 24 characters. Most DBAs now have to be abbreviated. Our merchants have been calling to complain and there's literally nothing we can do. We can't understand why this change was made even though we fully understand that FDPOS has a character limit. Clover dashboards didn't used to have this limitation and there doesn't seem to be any discernable or logical reason to reduce the character limit

We are a brewery that sells many merchandise items, clothing, hats, sweatshirts, glassware etc. Of the items we sell: beers, cans of to-go beer, glassware, signs, growlers etc. we can add an inventory number to the item, which subtracts from the inventory when we sell that item. This works perfectly for our inventory tracking, showing the total number of the items still in inventory after each day.

    For clothing items this system is not helpful or useable as it will show the number of total shirts, not what is needed, the inventory number of each different size of the shirts.…

  4. The Clover does not allow for more advanced searching capabilities such as plu for grocery stores which is crucial for business with large inventory and bulk inventory. When My merchant searches let's say 222 it comes up with all items that have 222 in them and the grocery store assistant has to scroll down forty plus options to get to the item. My merchant told me a 20 year old dos pos can do it so a 20th century pos should be able to do it at bare minimum. This is going to lose you business and needs to be…

  5. add option to hide any single or multiple buttons on the print/email receipt screen after transaction. also the ability to set a limit on how many times the print button will print a receipt. (10 presses results in 10 printed receipts) Currently there is only the option to not display the screen or display the screen.

  7. the authorization on the mobile ap being the same phone number as the computer/desktop platform is not acceptable because the computer that will be at the store will not be with the phone (with the card reader) that will be at a fair. and the fair will WAY too loud to hear a phone ring to be tending to the needs of the store. not to mention leaving customers to take a phone call is rude. so either the store will not be able to use the computer platform or the fair will not be able to take payments. we…

  10. I have only one device. For years, I could simply tap on a “description” of the service I was charging for. It automatically generated the category and the price. The feature was free. When I heard that I would no longer be “grandfathered” in at that free level, I was informed that I could still have the feature if I upgraded to “essentials”.   14. In Receipt delivery for New Sale, we require to send emails to multiple recipients. I tried to put ; between emails and it did not work. This was possible in Payeezy. Please add this feature or take care of this bug ASAP, so I can continue using Clover. Thank you

Make an API Call with report id, merchant ID, start and end dates, and any other parameters, resulting in the return of a file in JSON format containing the output data for further processing by Power BI, Excel, etc. This would aid in retrieving information from several franchises for combined and summary reports across the States.

  16. I just migrated from Payeezy to Clover today, and found that there are missing some important function such as "Quick key" under POS in Payeezy. My company has a lot of automate credit card transactions from the members, and we process twice a month to upload a csv file under "quick key" to Pzyeezy so that Payeezy will generate the transactions for me. Clover doesn't have this option to me and make me may use up the whole day to enter the transactions individually. Can you add the "quick key" to Clover ASAP?

  17. the old app before the upgrade some months ago would show customer name that we typed on the actual receipt that we print. now the new upgraded app does not show the customer name. We use this customer name in all our billing process and bank reconciliation process; why change something that is working good. change it back!
