    We own a franchise business and have realized that the Clover POS system is not very franchise-friendly. For example, the reporting feature could be improved. It would be great if the POS had a function that automatically calculates cash deposits. I know there is a cash deposit category, but it’s not sufficient for our needs. Additionally, when updating the menu, I have more than 30 accounts under my master account. While we can switch between accounts easily, it would be much more convenient if we could update the menu across all accounts at once, as we manage the franchise…

Online Menu on Google Suppose to be on the top of the online ordering list and it suppose to be named with the restaurant name, because our online list start with Grubhub and seamless and doordash then Order Clover so Order Clover has to be the first then it is better to call it with the restaurant name because a lots of customer does not know what Order clover means and they think it is another ordering company instead of knowing that is our direct online ordering especially that it has our original prices comparing to other online ordering companies…

Please give us the capability to Take the All Items option off especially from the clover Kiosk it is very confusing to the customers and we have being having a difficulty so we have to leave our job of making the food to show the customer that he or she can move to the next category instead of keep scrolling down looking for the item or navigating the menu

  6. There should be a way to import customers from a different POS system and be able to include their balance. We have may customers that have items on layaway, or money on their account - and there is no way to get that information into Clover.

  8. Why is there no direct link to the developer page within the main dashboard of your account. It makes absolutely no sense to have to make yet another login to get into the developers area. This way anything you develop is linked back to your account.

  9. Looking to be able to hide categories on the register layout. In the categories column it would be nice to have the option to be able to turn on and off categories on the managers back office like you can do with the items. In some instances the way we run our retail shop it would be more efficient for my employees not to have some of the categories appear on the register orders page in certain parts of our year.

  10. For telephone purchases/payments, we would like the ability to pull/select from the Items list in the Clover Terminal into the New Sale on the Virtual Terminal. Should be able to show itemized list and total sale in the receipt sent to customer. Currently we can only enter a total sale amount, with a "Note for item or service" in a text box.

  11. Looking to have the time shown for when each line item on an order was added and fired back to the kitchen. This could be a report, viewable on the dashboard, or to print on the receipt. Currently you can see the time on the KP tickets when it prints.

    Use example: A customer places an order with multiple items. They state it took 30 mins for the food to come out. How can the manager verify that or know if this was the server or the kitchen?

  13. It would make adding or making mass edits to items if there is a "previous item and next item" buttons on the top somewhere when edit a single item. This would just take you to the next item in the list you were in. instead of backing out and finding the next item.

  18. We're an ISO and I just noticed that the DBA character limit has been reduced to 24 characters. Most DBAs now have to be abbreviated. Our merchants have been calling to complain and there's literally nothing we can do. We can't understand why this change was made even though we fully understand that FDPOS has a character limit. Clover dashboards didn't used to have this limitation and there doesn't seem to be any discernable or logical reason to reduce the character limit

There was an option within an order that would take you directly to the customer's profile (marked by a blue box with a pencil inside of it, just below the employee's name that was taking the order). Can you please add that back in? I noticed it missing about 8 days ago. I thought it was a setting on my end, but it was due to a software update.

The website application assumes all businesses using this account has a brick & mortar shop, and requires an address for the receipts, however, as a consultant, I work out of my home and do not want to advertise my home address to clients. Support suggested I enter my post office address which is what I had to do.
    There should be an option to add ie a po address (which is what I use with my clients and they know it is me- no confusion.)
