  1. Looking to have the time shown for when each line item on an order was added and fired back to the kitchen. This could be a report, viewable on the dashboard, or to print on the receipt. Currently you can see the time on the KP tickets when it prints.

    Use example: A customer places an order with multiple items. They state it took 30 mins for the food to come out. How can the manager verify that or know if this was the server or the kitchen?

  2. the old app before the upgrade some months ago would show customer name that we typed on the actual receipt that we print. now the new upgraded app does not show the customer name. We use this customer name in all our billing process and bank reconciliation process; why change something that is working good. change it back!

  4. The Clover does not allow for more advanced searching capabilities such as plu for grocery stores which is crucial for business with large inventory and bulk inventory. When My merchant searches let's say 222 it comes up with all items that have 222 in them and the grocery store assistant has to scroll down forty plus options to get to the item. My merchant told me a 20 year old dos pos can do it so a 20th century pos should be able to do it at bare minimum. This is going to lose you business and needs to be…

  5. I have only one device. For years, I could simply tap on a “description” of the service I was charging for. It automatically generated the category and the price. The feature was free. When I heard that I would no longer be “grandfathered” in at that free level, I was informed that I could still have the feature if I upgraded to “essentials”. Truthfully the increase to $14.95/month or approx $180/year is not worth the feature. Because I can certainly “spell out” the service in text as an option.   7. For those of us using Clover who work out of our homes, why can't we use a PO Box on receipts and invoices? You potentially put single women at risk by showing a home address as opposed to what we want to use for billing. I understanding needing a physical address for internal use, but I don't use it for customer interfacing or billing my clients.

  9. For telephone purchases/payments, we would like the ability to pull/select from the Items list in the Clover Terminal into the New Sale on the Virtual Terminal. Should be able to show itemized list and total sale in the receipt sent to customer. Currently we can only enter a total sale amount, with a "Note for item or service" in a text box.

The website application assumes all businesses using this account has a brick & mortar shop, and requires an address for the receipts, however, as a consultant, I work out of my home and do not want to advertise my home address to clients. Support suggested I enter my post office address which is what I had to do.
    There should be an option to add ie a po address (which is what I use with my clients and they know it is me- no confusion.)

  11. the authorization on the mobile ap being the same phone number as the computer/desktop platform is not acceptable because the computer that will be at the store will not be with the phone (with the card reader) that will be at a fair. and the fair will WAY too loud to hear a phone ring to be tending to the needs of the store. not to mention leaving customers to take a phone call is rude. so either the store will not be able to use the computer platform or the fair will not be able to take payments. we…

  12. the recurring payment feature would be great except that the customer receipt gives them the option of removing their card information from their customer profile, thereby cancelling the whole process and making this a non-option for our equipment rental transactions.

  13. At this time, as I grow inventory and get in more variants sizes, I am having to deleted an item and recreate the variant item, creates twice the work. An item should be able to be changed to a variant item at any given time. Additionally, it so far has been difficult to sync with my woocommerce, it has required me to do 2-3x the work as others to sync. Very difficult. partly because of the limited ability to modify items once they are in Clover
