FULL UPDATE to the Multi-Location Dashboard and Support
The Multi-Location Dashboard is great, in theory. However, 3 BIG changes can drastically help franchises and enterprise level businesses. This would allow Clover to stay competitive in the market without merchants switching from Clover to higher end POS' to compensate for lack of options for franchises and enterprise level businesses.
We NEED the ability to not only link, but to support and have full functionality of multiple locations for the Multi-Location Dashboard using ALL current service plans, including the older $29.95 Register plan and current Counter Service plans. Order numbers to be to searchable in dashboard
Currently clover allows for Order IDs to be searched on the clover dashboard. Clover also allows you to enter order numbers but the only problem is the order number are not searchable on the dashboard, only on the device. So when the merchant manually enter their invoice numbers on their transactions, these numbers are not searchable on the dashboard.
If the order number is searchable on the clover device, the option should also be available on the dashboard.

Option to Revert back to Old Dashboard APP
Merchant would like the ability to go back to the previous version of the clover dashboard app, or if it's possible to have more functionalities on the new version that will resemble the old one.

Multi-Site Payments Reporting
For merchants who own or operate multiple locations, it would be nice to have the ability to see reporting for those locations on one dashboard. Love all of the reporting options today (Total payments, by item, by employee, taxes, etc.) but would like to have that information aggregated across all of my locations somewhere.

Color Code categories
When you create a new category can we implement a color for the category? Default it to white with like 25 colors to pick from and then make that category button that color. It is a lot easier for the eye to relate to a color when in a hurry then having to read. Not to mention all of our competitors can color code buttons.

Provide the Merchant with the option to choose batch times from Clover Dashboard
Currently, BC"s have to call into Clover Support to have an Auto-Batch time changed, we have received trainings on this and have to differentiate between when the Merchant Batches and when First Data Host closes the batch out. This also is related to which bank the merchant uses to have next day funding capability. Every time I have called in and very clearly explain what batch time they need in order to get next day funding and even include my Time Zone(Central) vs. Eastern- I still have it formatted incorrectly about 50% of the time. It would save us time…

One Dashboard - Multiply Companies
I have one main company and there's 3 different branches. Different prices and different menus. Main company is the same - banking wise. I would like to see the clover dashboard operate similar to Quickbooks online. You log into one dashboard and have the option to select one of your companies and see individual sales and run individual reports.

Ability to delete variants on the Web Dashboard
Merchant would like the option to be able to create and delete a variant item from the dashboard. Merchant can only create and delete the variant items with attributes from the Clover device.
Please add the option to create and delete items that are variant from the dashboard.

MID listing under Help
Please add the current MID being viewed back under the Help button in the Dashboard Version 3 -- MANY Merchants do not know their MID and ask us where to locate it, and it's a little more involved than just "click Help at the top"; additionally quite a few merchants have two different MIDs under the same name and they go back and forth from the dropdown, but the way they used to confirm they were looking at the correct MID, was to check under help, now it's much more cumbersome.

inventory in mobile dashboard???
Beginning yesterday afternoon I have no access to my complete inventory. I cannot add labels to new inventory. When I click on inventory there is no way to see the title of what the inventory is. The whole thing changed and I would like to know if this is temporary because I do a lot of my business that way
