Ability to edit Paid Orders
Requesting to be able to adjust or edit Orders after they have been paid. Mistakes happen where the wrong tender or item could have been selected. For instances like that, Admins should be able to make corrections when necessary, regardless if the Order is Paid or not... especially while the customer is still present and the batch is open.

FULL UPDATE to the Multi-Location Dashboard and Support
The Multi-Location Dashboard is great, in theory. However, 3 BIG changes can drastically help franchises and enterprise level businesses. This would allow Clover to stay competitive in the market without merchants switching from Clover to higher end POS' to compensate for lack of options for franchises and enterprise level businesses.
We NEED the ability to not only link, but to support and have full functionality of multiple locations for the Multi-Location Dashboard using ALL current service plans, including the older $29.95 Register plan and current Counter Service plans. Merchants should not have to downgrade from the current Counter Service plan…

Option for Order Numbers in Clover Dining
Currently, Clover Dining generates Order Numbers but instead of an actual number, uses the Section name and Table name as the order number.
Example: Clover Dining table opened in "Dining Room" Section, table A1 will have the Order #: Dining Room - A1.
Merchants want an option to have Clover Dining generate a normal order number instead of using the section name and table name.

Apply discounts on COLO
Merchant would like a way to apply discounts to COLO orders the way they can on the device. The merchant has a promotion running that they can use on the device but online orders have no way of taking advantage of the discount

Merchant would like the ability to go back to the previous version of the clover dashboard app, or if it's possible to have more functionalities on the new version that will resemble the old one.

Multi-Site Inventory Management
For merchants that own or operate more than one location selling the same products or services, it would be beneficial to have one place where an administrator can update menus/items from one dashboard for all locations, so that the merchant can quickly and easily facilitate opening a new location, or enacting menu/inventory changes that impact multiple locations.

Please make it to where we have the option to suggest tips in percentage and dollar amounts.
Currently you can only offer tip suggestions as a percentage, but as a coffee shop dollar amounts make more sense. People typically tip $1.00 -$5.00 per drink and with the percentage tipping option it doesn't even come close. It cuts baristas short by doing percentage suggestions even when upping percentages, and takes away the convienence option for customers when they have to exclusively custom tip. Giving us the option of percentage or dollar and letting us set our own tip options would be amazing. Thanks.

Tax label on printed receipt
merchant would like taxes to appear on the payment receipt as labeled. Instead of subtotal and tax, he would like them to read what taxes are being charged, for instance an order with food and liquor would have a liquor tax line display and a sale tax line display on the receipt as a breakdown of what taxes were charged to the customer

How can we make Categories go away for certain time period ?
For example, merchant has Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu and the prices are not the same. Since they do have such a large menu they don’t want to see Dinner menu during breakfast time or breakfast menu during dinner.13 votes -
Add an option for a separate online ordering price
It would be helpful to have a separate pricing option for the COLO platform so that the cost of to go supplies can be passed onto our online ordering customers and not our dine in customers. This is especially helpful now that the cost of to go supplies are in short supply due to COVID.

Add and edit item variant on web dashboard??
I am a new Clover subscriber and while I am trying to set up a menu on the dashboard I was told I could not add item variant on dashboard but have to do it on the device. Isn't dashboard the most convenient place to edit and manage things while with the touch screen you do not even have a key board to type? Made me wonder are there more ridiculous design of the software of Clover.......

We have several prospects looking for an itemized breakdown
Prospects wanting an itemized breakdown of taxes on payment receipt..Ex 1 line that shows sales tax...next line shows liquor tax...and then a total tax. Currently all taxes are rolled up into 1 line called TAX

Multi device usage
We have a bar with 16 stations; 8 solos,3 minis, and 5 flex. We have a remote printer that fires cocktails to the bar. This is only on the flex devices that are used for table service. The problem is, if a table is opened on the flex, then a station is used to ring a drink, when the flex is used to ring another drink, the drink that was rang on the station(by a bartender, who then makes the drink)fires with the drink just rang on the flex. The service bartender makes both drinks, not knowing that one has…

We need the ability to add a revenue class to a new inventory item directly from device. I've seen this requested as far back as 2021 but it is still not an option. Revenue classes are vital to inventory management and reporting and so it makes no sense that they can only be added through the dashboard. This is very cumbersome and unnecessary. It would be so easy to add "revenue class" as an input option on the "add item" screen on the device and it would save a huge amount of frustration and time on the user end.

Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Im trying everyway to work around this issue by not assigning items to categories to…
