We need to add discount to the entire bill and set up exceptions previously such as alcohol, that is not discountable. Also, at the moment of applying discounts, the tips percentage suggestion get affected for the discount and it should not be reduced because server are still doing their job and discount are made to incentive customer to save some money and make more business but not to affect servers.
