It has been 2 months since this ask.
The sales by item report in the dashboard should be updated to include a column for sales tax by item. This update would be extremely helpful with the sales tax reporting. When ask customer support I been told to go to each transaction and pull the sales tax. The underlying data is your your system, this should be an easy update to the report.Olivia

Report options are somewhat lacking. Need more detail in with the report options, specially with sales tax. Should have a report that discloses the sales tax for each item sold. That would be extremely helpful when submitting sales tax in NJ.

When do you estimate this functionality be implemented by Clover? Many people have been asking for this and requests go back to 2019. Clover: we would appreciate a response on this.

Currently there is no ability to pull sales tax amounts by item. The sales by item report should be modified to include a column for sales tax next to each item. At this time clover only provides a sales tax total but this report in not useful as it does not drill down to each specific item. It would be extremely helpful to see each item and the corresponding sales tax calculated, if applicable, next to it item sold.
