Each time we ring up a sale, we have to delete the words "Custom Item" before we can enter the Artist's Code and item description. This slows down the sales transaction dramatically!!!!!! We are an Artesian Shop where every item is a custom item. Each time we ring up a sale, we have to delete the words "Custom Item" before we can enter the Artist's Code and item description. This slows down the sales transaction dramatically!!!!!!
