Refunds
Options are everything! If an employee cannot have permission to perform a refund, clover should allow a manager or admin to use their fingerprint or password to allow the refund to occur under the employees own reporting. Current whomever does the refund — it goes under their reporting. We should have the permission to make it either way. All other good POS machine perform this way. Please add this feature. You have it already for discounts.

Transferring of multiple orders
Need the ability to take ALL open orders and transfer ALL of them to a new server. Our application is for a bar vs restaurant dinner orders. So at shift change there can be anywhere from 10-20 open orders, all of which need to be managed and moved to the new server. Presently we have to select order, transfer, select order select etc. etc. and transfer each one individually, this is very time consuming, especially during a shift change, it ties up the computer for a period of time and leaving other servers unable to add to orders and open…

Update Employee Name
I would like the ability to update an employee name without having to delete and re-setup. I have an employee who got married and I can't update her name. I have to delete her and set her back up from scratch.

Kiosk to print at Station Printer
Please have the Kiosk print orders at the Station Printer. Why is there an additional order printer needed? The Kiosk does not see the Station Printer as an option for Order Printing. Why is that? Can you please have the Station Printer automatically print Kiosk Orders? Without the need of an additional order printer. It really streamline our operation. Otherwise, we'd have to return the Kiosk.

Scheduling holiday hours
for online orders you need to be able to schedule holidays in advance so that you don't have to manually turn online orders on / off - which can lead to owners or staff forgetting to turn it back on - you should be able to add a 'holiday' schedule for online ordering

Kiosk - TM-L90 Sticky Label Printer
Please give the Kiosk access to the labels app and/or program compatibility with an Epson TM-L90 sticky label printer. When merchants are running Clover POS with an Epson TM-L90 and want to integrate kiosks into their cafe/restaurant to expand their service volume, kiosks are not a realistic option without having similar functionalities as the Clover Mini. Competitors like Chowbus and Infi kiosks have seamless integrations with label printers, and have become favorable options for our merchants, unfortunately.

KDS display should list the categories and modifiers as they are assigned in register instead of how the order is put in.
Merchant would like the items, categories and modifiers to be listed as they appear in the inventory app on the KDS, not how they appear now, which is the order by which the server puts in the order. This current method causes modifiers to be out of order and items to be possibly listed in the wrong order as well.

Fix Server Refunds
Full service restaurants have the following critical issue:
Server A accidentally closes out an order to the incorrect payment method, Manager A then refunds/voids the payment, then Server A adds the correct payment method.
In reports, it shows that Server A has taken 2 payments and that Manager A has performed 1 refund. This corrupts both the server and manager's sales reports and tip payouts.

Customizable Customer Input Field on Clover Kiosk (Buzzer/Table Number Option)
Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:
A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or
A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).
The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:
Enable or disable it
Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)
Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow
This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.

Stop Deleted Order Printers From Readding After A Reboot
When a printer is deleted as an order printer it will automatically readd itself after the clover goes through a reboot. This is an issue for retail merchants that have no need for an order receipt. Clover Advanced support has informed us that this is not a bug but "a feature" and that this is the way the software is intended to work.

Turn off cash payment on Handheld devices
Syncing is a great idea, do you have any ideas on how to disable cash payments on handheld devices? If a customer pays in cash without change, and they leave the cash on the table, and the waitress just taps cash and keeps the money.

Pre-Auth to keep a tab running via QR code ordering
There is interest to create a completely contactless ordering & payment experience by being able to open a running tab with payment pre-authorization via QR Code. The customer seats themself, scans the QR code on the table to view the menu, adds the items they would like for their first round to their order, they insert their payment information to start their tab and send their first round to the bar/kitchen, the tab stays open so the customer can keep ordering without completing the transaction, once they are ready to leave they close their tab/tip from their personal device and…

Employee Permissions
We have teenage volunteers using the clover machines to raise charity for poor families, it's a wonderful Machine, however some of the teenagers are playing around with the camera and gallery app, taking videos with it, they managed to upload movies with adult content on it!!, as of now there is no way how I can lock down the machines from this happening, please advise, I had this problem by clover flex and clover pocket, didn't check your other machines

Print from clover go
Need feature for directly pushing clover go orders to printers.
I am taking orders from outside the restaurant using call forwarding when my team is busy! I am able to save the orders but i have to call someone at the restaurant and they will the order and push to the printer…!
They will be busy and missing printing which leads to delayed orders and customer grievances…!
You guys are giving that feature to third parties like doordash, uber eats, grubhub, stream.. etc.! Why cant you donit from your own app

Clover Online Ordering website to better show Ordering Type options
It would be clearer to online ordering end-users if the Clover Online Ordering website showed the Order type (in-store pickup, delivery, curbside) listed as radio buttons rather than a drop-down so that end-users can clearly see all of the available options before hitting the checkout button. Currently, they may not realize that delivery or curbside pickup are available unless they know to click the drop down.

Disable Receipt Prompt on Duo
I just upgraded to Duo from our previous 2018 units. The customer facing screen of the Duo displays a receipt prompt at the end of every transaction, and I want to disable it.

END OF SHIFT REPORT
End of shift Report
It would be ideal to have a report where the Servers can print out at the end of their shift, with Credit card total sales, Credit card TIPS total, Cash sales total. And if they owe the house or the house owes them Every other system, but clover has this report. Please do something about ASAP

Monthly Sales Report broken out by Tender by Day
Need the ability to have a Monthly Sales Report that shows the total Daily amount received broken out for Debit/Credit Card Sales; Cash Sales; Checks; and Gift Card Purchases all on one report. Very similar to the current Monthly Sales Report, but instead of all sales totalled together, break the totals out.

Delivery Options
For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country.
